  12. To Michael, Kevin, & other 'guru' types:

  14. The patches in the 3.0i distribution keep bailing out, saying the target 
  15. pgm is the wrong version.
  16.  
  17. PGS sez it's 3.0h2;  Pageliner sez it's 2.0f;  BME crashes the machine
  18. when I try to start it.

  20. All previous distributions have installed without error & have run fine 
  21. (considering) after installation.

  23. Is this something that has happened before?  Am I getting erroneous error 
  24. messages?  Will S-L help me figure this out, or will I get another 'we're 
  25. fine, you're screwed up, stop complaining'?

  27. Sorry if I seem impatient, BUT I'VE HAD PROJECTS STACKED UP SINCE BEFORE 
  28. 3.0 SHIPPED.  I'd *REALLY* like to get them done, and I'd appreciate any 
  29. & all help in getting this squared away.  Please.

  32. Oh, and on the subject of whether or not the BBS is or is not connecting,
  33. my bill from Bellsouth arrived yesterday:  trying and failing to connect
  34. since the 3.0i patch was announced cost me $8.02, tax included.  Money for 
  35. nothing.
